These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the taya387 platform, including all gaming, betting, financial, and account-management services available at taya387. In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of account balance.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, taya387 may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your taya387 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. taya387 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access is attributable to your failure to maintain reasonable security of your login information.
taya387 applies session security measures including automatic logout on idle sessions and OTP verification for access from unrecognized devices. These protections are supplementary to your own responsibility for account security.
taya387 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), and Cebuana Lhuillier remittance network. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice at taya387's discretion.
The minimum deposit on taya387 is ₱200 PHP. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Deposits are generally credited to your taya387 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. taya387 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed by taya387 on the same calendar day for standard amounts via GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within one (1) business day. Larger withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional verification. taya387 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
All taya387 account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to standard transactions.

Suspicious financial activity may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in accordance with applicable law. taya387 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal at its discretion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the taya387 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any taya387 content without prior written permission from taya387.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya387's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from the use of the taya387 Platform shall not exceed the aggregate amount of deposits made by that Player to their taya387 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
taya387 shall not be liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; interruptions to Platform availability; technical errors or malfunctions in third-party game software; or losses arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement.

Upon permanent account closure, taya387 will return any verified real-money balance (net of any amounts owed to taya387 or amounts subject to regulatory hold) to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable time. Bonus balances and winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting taya387 Customer Support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days subject to any outstanding withdrawal or verification requirements.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the taya387 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players are required to submit a written complaint to taya387 Customer Support. taya387 will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within ten (10) business days. Where a complaint relates to a PAGCOR licensing matter, Players may escalate unresolved issues directly to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, taya387 is subject to regulatory oversight and compliance review. Philippine players have the additional protection of PAGCOR's regulatory framework in the event of unresolved disputes with the Platform.
taya387 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where an amendment is material, taya387 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the contact information held on their account (SMS notification to registered Philippine mobile number and/or notice on the taya387 Platform) prior to the change taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the taya387 Platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact taya387 support to request account closure.
